APP Privacy Agreement
We would like to remind you (the user) to carefully read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") before registering as a user, to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please carefully read and choose whether to accept or not to accept this agreement. Your registration, login, use, and other actions will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement can be updated by WarakuyaSuperstar at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this app. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using this service. If the user continues to use the service, it will be considered as accepting the modified agreement
1、 Account registration
1. Users need to register a "WarakuyaSuperstar" account before using this service. The "WarakuyaSuperstar" account should be registered using a phone number binding. Users are requested to register a "WarakuyaSuperstar" account using a phone number that has not been bound to the "WarakuyaSuperstar" account, as well as a phone number that has not been banned by the service according to this agreement. Services can change the registration and binding methods of accounts based on user needs or product needs, without prior notice to users
2. When registering, users should authorize WarakuyaSuperstar and use their personal information to successfully register for a WarakuyaSuperstar account. Therefore, by completing the registration, the user agrees to the extraction, disclosure, and use of the user's information by the WarakuyaSuperstar service
3. Given the binding registration method of the "WarakuyaSuperstar" account, you agree that the service will allow your mobile phone number and device identification code to be used for registration
4. When users register and use this service, WarakuyaSuperstar needs to collect personal information that can identify the user's identity so that the service can contact the user when necessary or provide a better user experience. The information collected by Warakuya Superstar includes but is not limited to the user's name and address; Warakuya Superstar agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the constraints of the third article on the protection of user personal privacy information
2、 Protection of User Personal Privacy Information
1. If WarakuyaSuperstar discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that a user violates the provisions of this agreement, WarakuyaSuperstar has the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user information and posting records, at any time without notice, and impose penalties, including but not limited to warnings and account bans, on the violating account depending on the severity of the situation Punish device and function bans, and notify users of the handling results
2. Users who have been banned for violating the user agreement can contact WarakuyaSuperstar on their own. Among them, users who have been banned will automatically restore the banned function after the ban period expires. Users who have been banned can submit appeals, and WarakuyaSuperstar will review the appeals and make reasonable judgments on whether to change the punishment measures
3. The user understands and agrees that WarakuyaSuperstar has the right to punish any violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law, and report relevant information to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from this
4. The user understands and agrees that any third party claims, demands or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from the user's violation of this agreement shall be compensated by the user to WarakuyaSuperstar and its cooperating and affiliated companies, and shall be held harmless
3、 User Publishing Content Specification
1. The content referred to in this article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the use of the service, including but not limited to registration information and authentication materials such as account avatars, names, user descriptions, or text, voice, images, videos, images, and other sending, replying, or automatically replying to messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or this service
2. Users are not allowed to use the "WarakuyaSuperstar" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations, and policies:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution
(2) Harming national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity
(3) Harming national honor and interests
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity
(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigating crimes
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others
(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations
3. Users are not allowed to use the WarakuyaSuperstar account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of the service, as well as infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) Containing any sexual or sexual implications
(2) Containing insults, intimidation, or threats
(3) Containing harassment, spam advertising, malicious information, and deceptive information
(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others
(5) Infringement of legitimate rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, and trade secrets of others
(6) Contains information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties
4、 Usage rules
1. Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions, or policies of WarakuyaSuperstar, and WarakuyaSuperstar shall not be liable for any responsibility in this regard
2. Users are not allowed to use their "WarakuyaSuperstar" account or this service for the following actions:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing someone else's profile picture or information, impersonating or using someone else's name
(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on link pages, or share information
(3) Fictional facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others
(4) Using technological means to establish fake accounts in bulk
(5) Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using the "WarakuyaSuperstar" account or this service
(6) Produce, publish methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, whether or not these behaviors are for commercial purposes
(7) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of WarakuyaSuperstar, or do not explicitly authorize services
3. Users are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of information transmitted through the WarakuyaSuperstar account or this service. Any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by users shall be borne by users themselves and shall not be related to WarakuyaSuperstar
If any damage is caused to WarakuyaSuperstar or third parties as a result, the user shall compensate in accordance with the law
4. The services provided by WarakuyaSuperstar may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by WarakuyaSuperstar and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for the transactions conducted based on the advertising information on their own
WarakuyaSuperstar shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users as a result of transactions conducted based on the advertising information or content provided by the aforementioned advertisers
Functions that require user authorization when using the app
1. Obtain user storage permissions to upload images when submitting feedback to WarakuyaSuperstar
2. Obtain the user's phone number for obtaining verification codes and logging into the app
3. Use Gaode Map to obtain user location and provide better services to users
4. Use Alipay SDK Alipay payment function
4. Tencent browsing service, used to view APP article information
5. In order to provide better location, delivery services, and update inventory, we will use Gaode Map to obtain your location
6. Obtain user's incorrect latitude and longitude information through WiFi or mobile base stations, with a positioning accuracy of approximately 30-1500 meters. Users can easily locate and input information when adding or modifying addresses
7. Obtain network information status, such as whether the current network connection is valid. Used by users to detect whether they are connected to the network
8. Allow access to the camera for taking photos, which can be used by users for returns, exchanges, and feedback when taking photos and uploading evidence
9. Access phone status, used to make customer service calls
10. Personal information storage is only used for storing after logging in, clearing user information after logging out and logging out of the account
11. Collecting user information is only used to confirm the delivery address, deliver items to the home, and will not disclose personal information. After the user is deleted, their information will no longer be retained. Only used to distinguish between users and delivery packages
12. The account cancellation function is for users to apply for cancellation, which is automatically reviewed by the platform and generally approved immediately, with a maximum of 6 hours
13. The channel for account cancellation is: "My - Settings - Account Cancellation - OK". Click "OK" to cancel the account, and click "Cancel" to cancel the cancellation
5、 Other
1. WarakuyaSuperstar solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt WarakuyaSuperstar from liability and limit user rights. Users are advised to carefully read and consider risks independently. Minors should read this agreement in the presence of their legal guardians
2. The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or controversy between the user and Warakuya Superstar, it should be resolved through friendly consultation first. If consultation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction over Warakuya Superstar's domicile
3. Any provision of this agreement shall remain valid and binding on both parties, regardless of its invalidity or unenforceability for any reason
The copyright of this Agreement is owned by WarakuyaSuperstar, and WarakuyaSuperstar reserves all rights to interpret this Agreement
